It is an unpleasant but very real fact that kitchen knives are the number one murder weapon in the United Kingdom – but this story deal with the use of a kitchen knife holder as the voodoo weapon – or the be more precise it is the story of how a voodoo knife block was used for revenge!
Voodoo dolls are playthings that are used for black magic games – in much the same way that Ouija Boards are. Nobody really expects them to work – well that wasn’t the case for one unlucky man.
When his wife found out that Dave had been spending time in the company of other ladies she flew into a rage and grabbed the only weapon to hand which was a kitchen bread knife – her anger was real but not powerful enough for her to actually stab her partner – instead she wished him dead but merely replaced the knife back into the voodoo knife holder. It was the timing that had to be perfect – as she drove the knife home into its ABS plastic stand she had visions of Dave crumbling to the floor clutching at his chest.
Dave was not in the room at the time – or even in the same town, he was on a business trip with one of his many fancy ladies. At the exact time that Debbie plunged the knife into the holder, Dave fell down dead! He dies on the spot of a huge heart attack – despite the fact that he was in perfect health and other than the odd headache had never been ill in his life, Dave had never even had a day off from work due to sickness – but there he was dropping dead onto the floor!
This is not the only case of a suspected voodoo killing with the Raffaele Iannello designed knife man – but it is the first with evidence. Both parties to the act were on the phone when the incident happened so the timings could be verified.
