The Reed family from Leeds thought that their new bed was jsut another piece of furniture – no different from their tables and chairs, how wrong were they to be proved. The simplicity of a life lived lying down in a bedroom became so attractive that they started to spend mre and more time in it. The whole family Mum, Dad and three kids spent marathon sessions watching Godfather and Star Wars all-nighters. The kids stopped going to school, the pizza delivery boy said they were his best customers – although theye were lousy tippers.

But due to absences from school the  socail services started to take an interest in the Reeds. The were not persuaded that loose Women and Jeremy Kyle watched in bed with your family was in any way a substitute for a proper schooling – even if you ate your five-a-day whilst you watched it. The five-a-day was courtesy of a veggie-supreme with a stuffed crust.

The kids were removed from the family – but Mum and Dad  still take pleasure from watching the flat screen TV rising up from the footboard of their luxury TV Bed.

It is an unpleasant but  very real fact that kitchen knives are the number one murder weapon in the United Kingdom – but this story deal with the use of a kitchen knife holder as the voodoo weapon – or the be more precise it is the story of how a voodoo knife block was used for revenge!

Voodoo dolls are playthings that are used for black magic games – in much the same way that Ouija Boards are. Nobody really expects them to work – well that wasn’t the case for one unlucky man.

When his wife found out that  Dave had been spending time in the company of other ladies she flew into a rage and grabbed the only weapon to hand which was a kitchen bread knife – her anger was real but not powerful enough for her to actually stab her partner – instead she wished him dead but merely replaced the knife back into the voodoo knife holder. It was the timing that had to be perfect – as she drove the knife home into its ABS plastic stand she had visions of Dave crumbling to the floor clutching at his chest.

Dave was not in the room at the time – or even in the same town, he was on a business trip with one of his many fancy ladies. At the exact time that Debbie plunged the knife into the holder, Dave fell down dead! He dies on the spot of a huge heart attack – despite the fact that he was in perfect health and other than the odd headache had never been ill in his life, Dave had never even had a day off from work due to sickness – but there he was dropping dead onto the floor!

This is not the only case of a suspected voodoo killing with the Raffaele Iannello designed knife man – but it is the first with evidence. Both parties to the act were on the phone when the incident happened so the timings could be verified.

It is possible to sell your story to a newspaper or magazine for cash. People are willing to buy stories from you and any true life real story could earn you top dollars.

Well the first thing to know is that you shouldn’t approach any magazines, newpapers or publishers directly. To ensure you get the highest price you should contact an agent that will sell your story on your behalf by auctioning it to the highest bidder.

Don’t worry about them running off with your story everything that you tell them will be confidential. And anyway without you then your story isn’t actually worth anything. The agency will to take a fee from the magazine/newspaper for writing the story which will be separate from the  money you will get paid for your story.

If your story involves other people then you will be expected to provide evidence to autheticate it. Don’t worry about that at tis stage, you will be advised later on what will be needed.

Photographs are always useful when selling your tale, so the more you have available the better. Any images used will get an additional fee for the photogapher, so if your friends took the photo then they will be able to share in your good fortune.

Don’t worry too much if the events in your tale are in the distant past because if it is interesting enough then that won’t make any difference.
